Although other analyzed peptides also showed numerically favorable average RBFE values compared to the positive control, peptide 13 exhibited the highest computational affinity for the BACH2 BTB domain ( Figure A). The control peptide 1 and peptide 4 were also more favorable than the positive control but did not reach statistical significance; therefore, peptide 4 was excluded from further analysis.
