Participants in the highest PM 2.5 quartile (PM 2.5 > Q3) had a significantly higher crude odds of NAFLD compared with those in the lowest quartile (OR = 1.251, 95% CI: 1.114-1.404, p < 0.0001), with a significant trend across quartiles (p-trend < 0.0001).
