34 In the present study, a slight increase in the mandibular plane angle (GoGn–SN) was observed in both the First and Splint groups, but this change did not reach statistical significance, which is consistent with findings reported by Torbaty et al in mixed dentition patients. 16 No statistically significant intergroup differences were detected, and therefore a definitive effect of either Invisalign First or acrylic splint therapy on vertical growth or mandibular rotation cannot be established.
