First, analysis by target behavior revealed that interventions focusing on both diet and physical activity demonstrated a small significant effect on anthropometric outcomes (SMD 0.27, 95% CI 0.12‐0.42; 95% PI −0.04 to 0.58; P <.001; I 2 =67.5%), while diet-only interventions did not reach statistical significance (SMD 0.14, 95% CI −0.05 to 0.32; 95% PI −0.07 to 0.35; P =.12; I 2 =0%).
