Although pairwise comparisons across all treatments did not reach statistical significance (ANOVA followed by Tukey HSD, P > 0.05), largely due to between-experiment variability in Western blot signal intensities ( Figure S3a ), the input-normalized anti-MYC and anti-GFP signals tended to increase under −Cu relative to the control, consistent with the direction of changes observed in the raw co-IP data ( Fig. 2a, c and Figure S3a ).
