At 705 nm, the overall temporal trajectory across all time points was significant (χ 2 = 13.20, P = 0.040, n = 6 animals), and the decline phase from 6 to 24 hours was highly significant (χ 2 = 12.56, P = 0.0014, n = 6 animals), with the 6- to 24-hour decrease confirmed by paired Wilcoxon test ( P = 0.031) and paired t test ( P = 0.003) (table S1).
