Although the volume ( Figure 2 E) and cell concentration ( Figure 2 F) at which spinoculation was performed did not lead to changes in the CD4:CD8 (1.5 ± 0.4 and 1.4 ± 0.3, respectively), increasing the spinoculation speed showed a trend toward a higher ratio ( Figure 2 G).
