Although the observed differences did not reach statistical significance, First-generation students were also more likely to report dissatisfaction (11% vs. 5%; P = 0.07), and their average GPA was lower among those dissatisfied (3.28 ± 0.58) compared to those satisfied (3.51 ± 0.47; P = 0.07).
