This study further revealed the deep regulatory mechanisms of UC-MIGA genetic susceptibility through the following methods: partitioned heritability analysis based on functional annotation of genomic regions demonstrated that super-enhancer regions (specifically SuperEnhancer_Hnisz) exhibit extremely significant heritability enrichment, accounting for 80.16% of the total heritability (enrichment fold 4.79, P = 0.0007), with highly significant results even after a 500 bp extension (enrichment fold 4.58, P = 0.002), a core insight indicating that UC-MIGA genetic susceptibility primarily operates through super-enhancer-mediated epigenetic regulation rather than direct effects of coding region variants as traditionally assumed; PRS analysis
