Knosp and ZPS are designed to quantify cavernous sinus invasion; in our suprasellar-extension cohort, their association with GTR did not reach statistical significance, whereas APSS capturing sagittal suprasellar depth beyond the endonasal working angle remained an independent predictor of incomplete resection.
