Overall competency scores demonstrated significant specialty differences (F = 4.53, p = 0.005), with internal medicine residents achieving the highest score (3.20 ± 0.36) and emergency medicine residents the lowest (2.91 ± 0.38) ( Table 4 and Figure 5 ). Correlation Between Knowledge and Appropriateness Domains Pearson correlation analysis revealed a weak positive correlation between knowledge and appropriateness scores (r = 0.10, p = 0.262), which did not reach statistical significance ( Table S1 and Figure 6 ).
