2019 ), we found edaphic factors to explain lower amounts of variance in soil pathogenic fungal diversity and relative abundance than climatic factors, with ANOVA usually indicating less statistically significant fits for edaphic than for climatic factors, and fungal genera being only marginally significant indicators for C/N ratio and the concentrations of NH 4 + ‐N and TDOC in soil.
