Notably, under STZ conditions, Module 1 showed a trend toward increased activity in Cluster 0, and Module 6 was similarly elevated in Cluster 1, indicating that these two modules are preferentially activated within distinct Müller substates during STZ-induced DR and may contribute to STZ-associated remodeling.
