Under scotopic conditions, compared with the AAV group, eyes treated with AAV-CoG4 showed a trend toward increases of 130.3 ± 25.6% and 158.2 ± 33.3% in a-wave and b-wave amplitudes, respectively, at the highest flash intensity ( Fig. 7, B, D and E ), suggesting that gene therapy restored normal rod cell sensitivity.
