The GDMT count scores for dual (HR: 0.91, 95% CI: 0.55-1.48), triple (HR: 0.78, 95% CI: 0.46-1.34), and quadruple therapy (HR: 0.61, 95% CI: 0.35-1.06) did not reach statistical significance, despite showing a trend toward benefit with increasing the number of agents at discharge ( Figure 4 ).
