Using this analysis method, we found that ASD E-iNs showed a trend toward enhanced transmission probability ( Figures 4C and S8A ) as well as a statistically significant increase in the coefficient of variation (CV) of inter-spike intervals (ISIs) of the receivers ( Figures 4D and S8B ), indicating the presence of more frequent irregular firing patterns.
