A higher P -value threshold of 0.25 for PST was chosen because, in our dataset, the number of immune signatures with P -values below 0.05 was limited (Supplementary Table S1 ), and raising the threshold allowed for the inclusion of potentially informative immune signatures that showed a trend toward association with survival, reflecting the more subtle role of immune features in these tumors.
