Although high physical activity was associated with reduced all‐cause and cardiovascular mortality in the fully adjusted model, the association with cancer‐specific mortality did not reach statistical significance (HR =0.89; 95% CI: 0.64–1.23), and the cardiovascular mortality association, while still significant, was attenuated compared with the unadjusted model.
