There were no significant differences between the groups regarding age, BMI, endometrioma size, AMH, AFC, LH, estradiol, or TSH levels (all p > 0.05) However, mean VAS pain scores tended to be higher in Group B than in Group A, although the difference did not reach statistical significance (VAS: 8.3 ± 3.4 vs. 5.8 ± 2.4, p = 0.106).
