Interestingly, the most consistent pattern in our results was that, although most associations between PA and survival outcomes did not reach statistical significance, overall, unchanged or consistently high levels of PA tended to show lower HRs for both OS and DFS events in the surgery alone group but showed higher HRs for OS/DFS events in the surgery plus adjuvant therapy group.
