In leaf, total number of nodes, total number of edges, relative modularity, graph density and average degree of endophytic fungal co-occurrence network showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing (Fig. 5 g, h, i; Table S1 ), while total number of nodes, total number of edges, relative modularity, graph density and average degree of endophytic bacterial co-occurrence network increased gradually with seasonal variation (Fig. 6 g, h, i; Table S2).
