At seven days post-ICH, a continued decrease was observed in both groups, but the difference between them did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.164, two-tailed unpaired Student’s t -test, n = 4–5 per group; Figure 5 B); This time-dependent trend suggests that JMJD3 inhibition exerts a robust early effect on hematoma clearance, which is a key determinant of secondary injury severity after ICH.
