Operative time was slightly shorter in ERAS (157.7 ± 41.9 min) compared with standard care (172.7 ± 50.9 min), but this difference did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.077), suggesting that operative efficiency alone is unlikely to explain downstream recovery differences.
