In quartile-based analysis (reference: Q1), higher CTI quartiles were associated with worse cTnI trajectory in a dose–response manner; in Model 3, Q4 remained significant (Q4: OR 3.49, 95% CI 1.87–6.51; p < 0.001), with a significant trend across quartiles ( p for trend < 0.001).
