Numerical trends toward lower cardiac injury markers (CK, CK-MB, LDH) were observed in the QTPlus-DOX-siFGF2 group compared with free DOX and high-dose QTPlus-siFGF2 monotherapy, although differences did not reach statistical significance in all pairwise comparisons after Tukey post hoc correction (detailed data in Supporting Information Figure S4 ).
