In comparison, treatment with CD4 CAR-T cells resulted in a 5.35-fold reduction in plasma viremia, which did not reach statistical significance (p=0,0913), while mice receiving GFP-3BNC117 cells showed a modest 2,48-fold reduction (p=0,7846), indicating partial viral inhibition mediated by secreted bNAbs in the absence of CAR-dependent targeting.
