The calculated melting temperature ( T m ) derived from the renaturation plots showed a clear trend depending on the predicted level of order, with T m = 26.4 ± 3.8 °C, 31.9 ± 2.7 °C, and 32.2 ± 3.5 °C for DNA50, DNA75, and DNA100, respectively ( Figure c).
