The longer-duration RIC group (treatment duration ≥5 days) showed a trend toward improved functional outcomes (RR 1.08, 95% CI 0.99–1.19), whereas the shorter-duration RIC group (single session or <5 days) showed no clear signal of benefit (RR 1.03, 95% CI 0.97–1.09).
