Specifically, compared with the Model group, the absorbance values in the 25 and 100 μg/mL GUF3 groups decreased by 10.9% ( p < 0.05) and 18.2% ( p < 0.05), respectively, outperforming the 4.1% and 14.7% reductions ( p < 0.05) observed with UF3, with a particularly pronounced advantage at 25 μg/mL, although the difference between the two treatment groups at 100 μg/mL did not reach statistical significance.
