In the intervention (LLLT) group, the reduction from a baseline of 111 ± 61.6 ng/L (PS-1) to 95.7 ± 25 ng/L(PS-2) did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.064).In contrast, the control group demonstrated a statistically significant decrease in IL-8 concentrations, falling from 86.7 ± 20.5 ng/L (PS-1) to 61.9 ± 33.5 ng/L (PS-2) over the same period ( p = 0.044) (Table 9 ) (Fig. 12 ).
