Univariate Cox regression combined with BH-FDR correction revealed a borderline significant trend (FDR = 0.10–0.20, Supplementary Table S4 ) between DDX23 expression and poor prognosis in seven cancer types including LAML, BRCA, LIHC and ACC, with all HRs > 1, suggesting a consistent association.
