Additionally, higher levels of MHC‐I (Figure 5 E) and MHC‐II (Figure 5 F) molecules were noted in immunization of mice with a DNA vaccine cocktail, as opposed to immunization with a single‐gene plasmid ( p < 0.001), whereas the differences between the two single‐gene groups, as well as among the three control groups, did not reach statistical significance ( p > 0.05).
