The effects of quetiapine (SMD = -0.21; 95% CI: -1.04 to 0.63, six studies) and risperidone (SMD = -0.49; 95% CI: -1.25 to 0.28, three studies) failed to reach statistical significance when pooled against placebo, though considerable within-group heterogeneity was noted (Figure 6 ).
