In the multivariate model for OS, RCB‐III remained an independent adverse prognostic factor (HR: 19.078, 95% CI: 4.127–88.183, p = 0.002), whereas RCB‐I and RCB‐II did not reach statistical significance. For disease‐free survival, univariate analysis showed that pCR was strongly associated with improved DFS (HR: 0.073, 95% CI: 0.028–0.187, p < 0.001).
