Although the interaction between CRP level and bevacizumab treatment did not reach statistical significance when CRP cutoffs of 2 mg/dL ( p for interaction = 0.24) were used, bevacizumab continued to show a tendency toward greater efficacy in the CRP‐high group, consistent with the primary analysis. 4 Discussion This multicenter retrospective study demonstrated that the survival benefit of bevacizumab combined with atezolizumab and chemotherapy differed according to baseline systemic inflammation, as assessed by CRP level.
