In prognostic analysis, high NF-κBp65 expression showed a trend towards increased risk of death, while high LDHA expression was significantly associated with tumor recurrence; notably, the simultaneous high expression of NF-κBp65 and LDHA had a synergistic effect in predicting recurrence and death.
