Neither a multiple-site design alone (OR = 1.91, 95% CI: 0.59-6.12, P = .89, Table 3 ), a single-site design requesting mental health information (OR = 6.06, 95% CI: 1.05-35.09, P = .09), nor a multiple-site design requesting mental health information (OR = 1.45, 95% CI: 0.51-4.11, P = .40) was significantly associated with consent compared to the single-site reference group, though the single-site mental health condition showed a trend approaching significance.
