Nonetheless, the T allele and A/T genotype appeared more frequently among patients with NSCLC than SCLC, those with advanced tumor stage (stage IV), higher tumor grade (grade III), and those with lymph node metastases, although these differences did not reach statistical significance (p = 0.55, 0.3, 0.067, and 0.73, respectively) ( Table 3 ).
