While the prevalence of sharing was slightly higher for longitudinal studies (4.8%, 95% CI = 1.8%–12.1%) than for cross-sectional studies (3.7%, 95% CI = 2.6%–5.1%), the difference did not reach statistical significance ( P = 0.57).
