Patients with positive PD-L1 expression (CPS ≥ 1) showed a trend toward better clinical outcomes than PD-L1 negativity, as evidenced by a higher ORR (64.5% vs. 40.0%) and longer median PFS (10.4 months vs. 4.0 months) as assessed by IRC, as well as improved survival (median OS: 15.4 months vs. 13.3 months; 12-month OS rate: 61.3% vs. 50.0%) (Table 4 ).
