3.4 Primary Outcomes For the primary outcomes, pooled analysis showed that IVUS‐guided left main coronary artery intervention was associated with a numerically lower risk of all‐cause death compared with conventional angiography, although this did not reach statistical significance (RR = 0.64, 95% CI: 0.34–1.21; p = 0.17), with no heterogeneity across studies ( I 2 = 5.8%) (Figure 3A ).
