However, these differences did not reach statistical significance by Welch’s t tests ( p = 0.13 for counts; p = 0.20 for TSA/MAP) or Mann–Whitney U tests ( p ≥ 0.35), indicating that, within the limits of this cohort, MSS and MSI-H tumors harbor broadly comparable numbers of noncanonical antigens at the individual tumor level.
