In Cox regression analyses, compared with the reference group (TyG-BMI T1 and hsCRP ≤ 3 mg/L), the subgroup with TyG-BMI T3 and hsCRP > 3 mg/L showed the highest risk of the composite endpoint, which was significant in Model 2 (aHR: 1.480; 95% CI: 1.037–2.113; P = 0.031) and of borderline significance in Model 3 (aHR: 1.427; 95% CI: 0.999–2.039; P = 0.051; Table 5 ).
