Good functional outcome (mRS 0–2): Analysis of the full cohort showed a numerically higher rate of good functional outcome with tenecteplase that did not reach statistical significance (RR 1.10, 95% CI 0.97–1.24; p = 0.135), with moderate heterogeneity (I-squared = 37.3%, p = 0.172) ( Figure 4 ).
