For operationally defined 6-month DNS progression from 1 to 6 months, the unadjusted association was statistically significant in both conventional and Firth penalized logistic regression models (conventional: OR, 2.45; 95% CI, 1.09–5.97; p = 0.033; Firth: OR, 2.37; 95% CI, 1.10–5.46; p = 0.029), whereas the adjusted association did not reach statistical significance.
