In the fully adjusted model, compared with participants in the lowest OBS category, those in the highest OBS category had lower odds of cognitive impairment ( OR = 0.78, 95% CI : 0.63−0.96), whereas the association for the moderate OBS category was attenuated and did not reach statistical significance ( OR = 0.82, 95% CI : 0.67−1.02).
