These emerging hotspots collectively point to a clear trend, and future research will focus more on building “intelligent nano-systems” that not only achieve high-precision imaging, but also have the ability to intelligently perceive the disease microenvironment, release drugs on demand, and regulate physiological processes, promoting the dynamic, accurate, and systematic diagnosis and treatment of central nervous system diseases.
