Another large RCT, the Enquiring About Tolerance (EAT) study, examined introduction of six common potentially allergenic foods (cow’s milk, eggs, peanuts, wheat, whitefish, and sesame) from three months of age and showed a trend toward reduced peanut and egg allergy in infants fed considerable amounts of these foods [ 8 ].
