In sex-stratified analyses, an LSNS-6 total score < 12 tended to be associated with a higher risk of arterial stiffening in both men (OR, 2.27; 95% CI, 0.99 to 5.15; p = 0.05) and women (OR, 1.99; 95% CI, 0.60 to 6.60; p = 0.26), although these associations did not reach statistical significance (Table 4 ).
