EORTC global health scores declined by a clinically meaningful ≥10 points in 51/149 patients (34.2%), with a numerically larger burden in luminal B and TNBC than in HER2-positive disease - a difference that did not reach statistical significance (χ2=4.63, df=2, p=0.099) but is consistent with the more intensive cytotoxic profile of regimens used in those subtypes.
